🌑 This Eclipse is Not Just in the Sky—It’s in Your Soul Too

🌑 This Eclipse is Not Just in the Sky—It’s in Your Soul Too

Have you been feeling heavy lately?
Old memories coming back?
Dreams more vivid?
Anxiety rising out of nowhere?

If you're nodding yes, you're not alone. I’ve been feeling it too. Eclipse energy is wild right now—it’s not just cosmic, it’s spiritual surgery. It digs into the parts of us we thought we buried, asking us to shed, release, and step back into our power.

This week, the eclipse cracked something open for me—and I want to share it with you, not just as a reflection, but as an invitation for you to do your own releasing too.

💔 The Weight I Didn't Know I Was Still Carrying

I realized recently that even though I pride myself on being forward-thinking and action-oriented, I was still carrying pain from my past relationships. Deep down, I was still hoping that if someone finally chose me—really saw me—I’d be worthy of love.

That belief made me drop my needs and boundaries, desperate to be seen. I tolerated manipulation, verbal abuse, and convinced myself that if I could just teach my partner empathy, I could turn them into the person I needed.

But that’s not love. That’s codependency.
And this eclipse said: "Enough."

🌪 Cutting Ties with What No Longer Aligns

The past few weeks have been eye-openers. I’m no longer tolerating people who don’t show up for me the way I show up for myself—romantic or platonic. I’m done shrinking myself so someone else can feel more comfortable. I’m done fixing, appeasing, and overexplaining.

My peace is my priority.
My boundaries are non-negotiable.

I’ve realized that when I stop entertaining people who drain me, I make room for those who nourish me. If someone’s advice makes you feel small or confused—ask yourself:
Would I trade lives with them?
If not, then maybe their opinion doesn’t belong in your heart.

🌱 Releasing the Past to Stand in My Worth

One of the hardest realizations has been letting go of the idealized version of the past. I was taught to be likable, agreeable—to play the part to be validated. But that only attracted the wrong people. People who came with bad intentions. People who took advantage of the parts of me that just wanted connection.

I used to let people dim my light.
Not anymore.

Now, I’m honoring my worth. I’m only saying yes to people and opportunities that feel grounded, secure, and reciprocal. I’ve planted too many seeds in dry soil. Now I’m choosing where I grow with intention.

💡 The Gift of Choosing Myself

The biggest gift of this purge?
Relief.
No more defending my boundaries. No more fighting battles that were never mine. Just softness, peace, and presence.

Boundaries aren’t walls anymore.
They’re quiet power.
And I finally feel like I’m home in myself.

🔮 Tarot Reflection: Eclipse Purge & Power Spread

If you're feeling this eclipse energy too, here’s the spread I used to help guide my reflections. Use it to journal, meditate, or pull your own cards:

Eclipse Purge & Power Tarot Spread

  1. What the Eclipse is Illuminating for Me

  2. What (or Who) I’m Being Called to Release

  3. The Emotional Weight I’m Carrying

  4. How to Stand Strong in My Boundaries

  5. The Gift on the Other Side of the Purge

My Pull:

  • 1: Five of Cups Reversed – No longer sitting in regret; I’m ready to move on.

  • 2: Page of Swords – Letting go of immature energy and gossip.

  • 3: Six of Cups Reversed – Releasing idealized past versions of connection.

  • 4: Ace of Pentacles Reversed – Honoring where I invest my time and love.

  • 5: Seven of Wands Reversed – Walking away, reclaiming peace.

🌘 What’s Up with This Eclipse?

This eclipse is part of a Libra-Aries nodal cycle—which means we’re being pushed to balance self vs. relationship. Libra is about harmony and connection, but Aries is about radical self-trust and fierce independence. Spiritually, it’s a turning point.
One where we’re called to stop seeking validation externally and instead choose ourselves—fully, unapologetically, and with love.

💭 Final Thought

You don’t have to keep carrying people, patterns, or pain that no longer fit.
This eclipse is your cosmic permission slip to let go.

Choose yourself.
Set the boundary.
Let it feel like peace.

If you pull the spread, I’d love to hear what comes up for you. Let’s grow through this together. 🌑✨
