Anxiety Management Techniques for Everyday Life
Understanding how my body reacts to stress has been a game changer for me. I’ve noticed that when I’m overwhelmed, I tend to lock my jaw and shrug my shoulders. Taking a moment to relax these areas has made a big difference. I also love deep breathing exercises—especially when I feel like I’m about to explode. Being a fire sign, I can get pretty fiery, so this practice helps me cool down. Adding to that, acai bowls have become my new obsession for their protein and fruit goodness.
